WHAT IS THE COVID HOME-TEST
PROGRAM ABOUT?
To keep the community safe as schools and organizations return to in-person activities, we are offering the "PAAC COVID Home-Test Program." With rapid COVID at-home tests provided by your school/organization or PAAC, you will be asked to take a COVID test in the comfort and privacy of your home. By testing at home, you can know your status and assure your school/organization youʻre "okay" to participate.
UPLOAD RESULTS
You will upload a picture of your test and report your result to PAAC's online platform. PAAC will share the test result with your school/organization staff responsible for reviewing and following up with you, or your parent(s)/legal guardian(s) if you are under 18 years of age, about your test result and current COVID guidance.
GIFT CARDS AND OTHER INCENTIVES
You will also receive incentives for submitting your test results, uploading photos of your test, and responding to survey questions. Incentives include a $5 gift card every week for submitting the requested number of tests and answering all survey questions. An additional $10 gift card every month for successfully testing and responding to all survey questions.
